Wow, you know what I just realized???

It's been almost a year since I was cheated on. Wow, I made it. You know, I didn't think I would. I thought I would be really unhappy for a couple of years... But, gawd, right now I am having the best time of my life. Yeah, I'll admit that my new boyfriend doesn't treat me like a princess like my ex did and he's far from the perfect boyfriend but he still makes me happy and I trust him completely. I probably shouldn't but I do. I believe everything he tells me. I believe him when he says he loves me. It feels good to have that kinda trust again. I would like to say I wasn't defeated. My ex didn't get the best of me. I have moved on and found someone more like me than anyone I've ever met. Yeah, that's probably not a good thing either but it seems to work. I feel really great!!

So, I'm planning another trip home. I'm really missing my animals and I have to see them. I got my work schedule for the rest of the year so I am planning a trip home in two weeks. One of my best friends called me last night and that made my day. She has decided to get a group together to go out when I come home. I really hope Pit Guy will go home with me. I want him to see where I am from and meet some of my friends. I am close with this friends down here, I want him to experience my friends. See how much I'm loved there. I'm really excited!!

Well, remember the trip to Carowinds a couple of weeks ago? I got some pictures back from it. It was a blast thinking back on it. And then I just wasted the rest of the camera on Pit Guy. We've been getting along really well lately and it shows. I'm really happy right now. Kick a$$ job, kick a$$ boyfriend, kick a$$ friends!!! Who could ask for more...
Some friends from up home were down this weekend for the Auto Show at the Speedway.
It was actually my Dad's boss and his brother and friends. I had a great time with them. They were soo much fun!! I just wish Pit Guy would have been here with me to enjoy it. Oh well, he's on his way home right now and I can't wait to see him.

Life is going good.....

Well, I started my new job and everything is going great. I jumped right in and didn't really need any training because I knew everything already. I have my own desk, my own phone line, my own computer. I mean, it's the coolest thing so far!! Still not my dream job, but it's getting better!! Plus I have benefits which are kick a$$!!! It's all good. I have three weekends off a month. It's just really cool. Plus, I get paid well. Anyway, so with that going on, me and Pit Guy get to spend our evenings together. We've had a really good week. We've been getting along pretty great. Kinda makes me smile....a lot!! He leaves tomorrow for the racetrack though and he's gonna be gone all weekend. That is gonna suck pretty bad. I'm gonna miss him like crazy!!! I guess I'll get alot of R&R in. Much needed!! Maybe clean the house....wash my car....stuff like that. Anyway, I suppose I better head off to work. Oh, by the way, I FINALLY won at Poker Night!!!! 25 dollars, all mine. Beat out all my guys friends....well, four of them!! They wasn't very happy but I finally proved my skills!!! Talk about fun!!! Anyway, I gotta get....later dudes....

It's Been Awhile...I've been busy!!

OK, so I'm sorry it's been soo long since I've last posted. The last couple of weeks has been non stop. The Saturday after my birthday, Pit Guy went to visit family and me and Roush Pit Guy went to Paramount's Carowinds theme park. It was a good day. We had alot of fun!!! When I get the camera developed, I'll post some pictures for ya. That night we went out to the Fox and The Hound bar in Birkdale Village. I wasn't impressed. The next day, I had to pick Pit Guy up from the airport and we had poker night here at the house. It was a poker night gone bad!!! Giggles accused Pit Guy of cheating and they started a yelling match which I immediately jumped into. Needless to say, Giggles and Pit Guy are not talking and Pit Guy told me not to talk to Giggles. But Pit Guy had to go testing so he was gone for the next poker night where Giggles showed up. I figure he will eventually get over it but it was alot of drama over a 20 dollar pot!!

This past week, I worked for the Days Inn Lady while she went to visit her family. I worked every day and then on Friday I flew it Cincy for my cousin's wedding. It was the first time I had been on a plane since I was in the sixth grade. It was fun but it was a tiny plane. The wedding was really beautiful and fun. I got to see all my family I hadn't seen in a long long time. The only thing missing was Pit Guy. He didn't have the money for a ticket so he didn't come. Course when I got back home from the airport he was out playing poker and didn't get in until 1:00 am.... Yeah, do you feel the love???? A$$!!!! Anyway, tomorrow I start my new job. I'm a tad bit scared and a whole lot excited!! I hope I meet some really cool people and I do my job well. I really got along with everyone at the Days Inn but I need more. But the girl they hired to replace me was a girl that the Days Inn Lady also tried to fix up with her son.... Hummmmm..... She is not very pretty at all and after working with me for a couple of days, she went and cut her hair like me.... kinda pi$$ed me off. Oh well, he's mine. Anyway, I found that really really weird. Oh well, I think I'll watch a little TV and relax!!! Later all!!!
