Still on the up!!

I know I've been slacking... I guess that's what happens when your happy. People always write and remember the bad stuff. I mean, if you think about it, the whole reason I started this blog was to record my unhappiness. I guess when the bad gets good, you just live in the moment and forget to jot it down so then when the unhappiness takes over again, you don't remember the good stuff.... The human mind is a messed up thing!!

Everything is going great with me. I have some big stuff going on in my life but of course I'm not gonna talk about it here and jinx myself... But it's all good. I'm planning another trip home to hang out with my girls. I haven't had much female interaction since I've moved down here and There are only about three girls that I even talk to from up home on a regular basis but when we all get together, we will klik like old times!! I hope.

So some friends called me... Things are really changing. One of my best friends is pregnant again which is awesome because her little daughter is one of the only kids a truly love. My friend from Germany called and told me that he and his wife are trying to have a baby, which again is totally cool, and another friend of mine will be having a baby. Nope... that doesn't make me wanna jump on the band wagon, I'm just glad that people who want them, get them. And again, I thank God every day for birth control!!! AMEN!!! Anyway, so two of my friends birthdays and my Grandma's birthday are gonna be happening when I get back to Ohio. It's a solo trip so I can spend plenty of time will all of them. I can't wait to see my animals!!!

I don't know if I told you all, but I moved my turtles down here with me for the winter. It was getting to cold in big O-H-10 so they have a winter home in the Carolinas!!! How cool is that?!?!?!! Squirt gave me a pretty big scare when I went home the last time. He escaped from the Turtle/Duck resort and took a little trip. Just so happens this was the week I came home so I was soo upset that he was gone forever. So I packed up Thorpe and Phelps and brought them down here with me and hoped that Squirt would weather the winter in hibernation and reimmerge in the spring... Well, Mom kept checking for him and the Monday after I came back to NC he was by the gate trying to get back in.... So now he's here with his bro's chillin' in the much smaller winter crib!!

Oh, I guess I should show you the pumpkins I did for Halloween this year. Michael's craft store has the best thing in the world....FAKE PUMPKINS!!! Now, all my work can last forever instead of 8 hours.... Totally cool... I'm actually thinking about selling them.... Special order... I guess I'll put the details my website Lisa's Custom Charms and More!!!!! Anyway, here they are!!!
